If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 3 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. Eligible products may be replaced, refunded, or adjusted after review.
Opened, used, switched, clearance-sale, liquid/semi-liquid products, or items unsuitable due to personal preference are not eligible for return or exchange. Products must be returned with the original invoice and packaging.
For approved returns, pickup arrangements will be made through our courier partners. Exchange requests must be completed within the specified timeframe. Pari Splendor reserves the right to assess all claims before approval.
